Denver's oldest hotel joins the ranks of facilities completing major renovations

Many of downtown Denver’s older hotels have been undergoing renovations in the midst of the area’s hotel boom. Now you can add the city’s oldest hotel to that list.

The Oxford Hotel at 1600 17th St. recently finished extensive renovations to its guest rooms and its meeting space and will host a community open house on June 21 to celebrate the transformation. Officials did not disclose how much they spent on the project.
